Returning to the Skall village and spoke with Tharsten when we heard a noise outside. It sounded like it was a savage beast and I left to see what it was. Werewolves. These are creatures that plague the lands of Tamriel. These fierce creatures rush you in numbers and those that do encounter these things fall prey to their ferocious strength. I helped the villagers fight off these creatures when one of the guards yelled out that one of them got into the hall where Tharsten was.
I went in and took down the werewolves but strangely just like at the Fort the leader had mysteriously disappeared. I felt slightly fatigued and apparently, I displayed symptoms of Sanies Lupinus. If I don't cure myself of this disease I'll fall victim to becoming a bipedal hairy terror. When I returned Korst he was happy that I had been cured of my plague. It is a curious thing though, despite being Nereravine I contracted a disease? A common disease no less. There may be more powerful forces at play here.
Korst asked me to fetch a totem in a tomb which I was able to secure but it was there I was assaulted by more werewolves. While I am able to fend them off with ease if these attacks become more frequent I may lose my life. These creatures wear down my armor and weapons and without any repair hammers, I'll be vulnerable to their assault. Korst wanted me to participate in a ritual called the "Ristaag". I'm not entirely sure what it's about but I had time before I needed to meet up with the other warriors.
While passing the time I joined the East Empire Company and gained some stocks with them. I returned to the village and helped a lonely old man find his son who had turned to necromancy but I managed to convince him to repent his wicked ways. Lastly, I met with a young Skall warrior who needed help with his rite to becoming a man. with all that I met with the warriors to help with the Ristaag but I was knocked out during the hunt. When I awoke my companions had perished and the Ristaag failed. I returned with my head down to the Skall village to see what Korst had in store for me...
