I stood outside the palace. I knew what I had done and still had trouble believing what happened. I slew a god. A false god sure but a god all the same. Despite that I had done much for the people of Vvardenfell. I wanted to take rest but I was once more attacked by the Dark Brotherhood. I finally grew sick of their attempts at assassination and trained for a while. I wanted to put an end to whomever put out the hit. I reported the crime and they tell me to travel to Mournhold. I couldn’t get their by boat since the quarantine is still active but I met with someone in Ebonhart who would transport me there by magic.

I was received in the reception area to which I asked how was the situation in Mounrhold. A king had recently died and a new one took his place. I spoke with the guards regarding the Dark Brotherhood by they were very afraid to deal with them. They suggested I should handle it myself and so they directed me towards the sewers where they called home. Before I went in I wanted to explore Mounrhold a bit and see what they have to offer in hopes of making this assault easier.

Mournhold reminded me of the Imperial City back home in Cyrodiil. I even met with someone who was selling pack rats! Having such a creature would ease my burden and so I bought one. It was then I decided to travel the sewers and finally resolve this problem. I was assaulted many times by the Dark brotherhood and it was hard to fight off many members at once. Unfortunately the rat I bought had perished in the conflicts. I could not even mourn for him properly as I did not assign him a name. A fool I am.

I would eventually find a Dark Brotherhood member that was holding a contract it seems and someone by the name of “H” had put out the hit. I’ll find this person and end them… As soon as I can find my way out of these sewers!
