In this chapter, Elen pays her first visits to two more ancient Dunmer strongholds, Rotheran and Hlormaren, where she finds the last two Propylon Indices needed to build the Master Index, as well as completes an important mission for the Oracle in Ebonheart and executes a dangerous battlemage for the Morag Tong. She also does well enough to leave Champion Hrundi at the Fighters' Guild in Sadrith Mora fully satisfied, now turning her attention to the slightly more dangerous missions by Percius Mercius.
