Hey guys, Altered State here. Welcome back to another episode of The Evil Within 2. In this episode we travel through one of the darkest and most confusing looking areas, which is bathed in blood. We are tracking Lily's voice, but it seems it may not really be her. We continue traveling through the river of blood, taking down enemies and picking up loot. The area is much bigger than we expected, so it takes a little while to navigate through and pick up everything. We find various ammo pouches, kill crawlers, pick up lots of green gel, and even find a file hidden among the chaos. We end up running around in circles for awhile, as we try to make sure we collect everything. We do finally reach the resonance points, and hear some insulting things from our fake daughter Lily. We descend some stairs and enter what looks like a church, with fake Lily standing near the alter. She walks towards us as flame follows her steps. Her demonic face lights up and we are engulfed in flames. Father Theodore watches sadistically and when we attempt to shoot him, our reality shifts again and we end up shooting one of our friends. We watch as she struggles to bring us to safety, even though we just shot her, and wake up in our bed back home. Something is not right, but we will explore here next time.
