All is fair, in both love and life. I haven't really played many board games in so long, but I do remember Monopoly, Boggle, so forth and The Game of Life which goes back to 1860 originally. This revisioning and sequel by Hasbro was released on June 15th 2022. The game itself surprised me in the sense it offers 4 player couch play with friends, offline mine, a crossplay function for other systems and online play.

The goal of The Game of Life is to get to the end with the best score, In this run I took what I thought was a solid option in having the most happiness but you'll learn the AI doesn't play around: Most of the time the AI's chance will target other players to get their cash through a duel, will put themself in the red debt to buy houses and attempt to speed ahead of you by getting married rather then remaining single.

Icons are important too: Hearts are happiness, Books is education, and piggy banks are wealth and these affect a player's score. When a player gets to the end they can keep rolling the spinner for additional icons or they can roll for Pension. I don't mind a 2nd place finish but I clearly underestimated my AI Opponents and their ambitions. Not half bad for a board game turned video game.
