Real Bout Fatal Fury on PS1 (subtitle on the Japanese version: "THE FINAL BATTLE ;GEESE HOWARD MUST GO!" -- http://paleface.net/cgi-bin/gdb/n.pl?i=221_disc.jpg ) is in most respects an excellent port, considering that the PS1 is less powerful, 2D-wise, than the game's native NeoGeo hardware.

It's got weird stuff in it, too:

0:27 - In the Key Configuration menu, you can't map the action buttons to the PS1's shoulder buttons; those have a separate sub-menu...

0:46 - ...where you assign them to trigger special moves on a per-character basis. : o
1:00 - The Master Art, tucked away in the Options menu, shows you six combos of increasing difficulty for each character (some great Shinkiro character art in there, too):
