Last time we left off, we cleared out the Face Shrine and got the sixth instrument to wake the Wind Fish, and we got a new song for the ocarina from Mamu the Frog. Now we continue on our journey and the first thing I do is ask the old man for advice again, to which he leads us to the mermaid statue in Martha's Bay, we saw this statue when we visited but couldn't access it until we got the Hookshot which ironically enough was in Catfish's Maw, the dungeon in said bay.

Of course, getting to the statue we use the Mermaid's Scale we got from the mermaid who also was in the bay looking for her necklace. The statue then reveals an entrance to a cave that holds an item, the Magnifying Lens which reveals objects that we couldn't see, which just in the cave alone reveals that there were invisible enemies there and I somehow managed to avoid touching any of them.

With the lens, I head over to the empty house in Animal Village to find a Zora who seems to have made a home there, he gives us a seashell for if we keep quiet about his presence in the Village, but he also leads us to a cave in Toronbo Shores that happens to have someone who is similarly invisible like him.

Following the lead but making a short stop at the ghost's house, the seashell sensor goes off clueing me in on a seashell i've missed there, getting to the cave, we meet Goriya who found an item that has washed up on the beach and will give it to us if we trade him an item for it, the item he gives? The Boomerang, and I trade the shovel for it, only for the sensor to go off a few steps after walking out of the cave, I thought the sensor was finding a buried seashell so I went straight back for the Shovel intending to return the Boomerang, but instead Goriya asks me to pay a fee to get the shovel back in return. Of course after getting the shovel back and making a field of holes out of the beach, turns out the seashell was hidden in a tree.

After that long mess, which was only 10 minutes into the video, I then go and ask the old man again to see if he has anything new to say, he does and talks about the rooster whose remains are left under the weathervane, with the Powerful Bracelet we can push the weathervane aside and with the Frog's song of soul we can bring the rooster back to life, said info I had to review from the previous part.

With our new feathery friend we make for the mountains, but wouldn't you know it, the place I first warped to set the sensor off and we go on yet another tangent, but this one clearly was nowhere close to the portal and was actually on the mountain, it just so happened that the shell is close enough to the side of the mountain that the sensor picks it up. But in my search for the seashell I end up finding Manbo who gives us the last song for the ocarina. (I bet some of you were yelling at me for not going that way after clearing Angler's Tunnel)

After learning Manbo's Mambo, I then warp everywhere trying to find where to climb up the mountain. Deciding to stop over at Dampè's Shack to do a puzzle dungeon. After clearing the built dungeon, I then found my way up the mountain which just so happens to be right next to where I warped, so I start making my way up, getting the seashell that was driving me nuts, then making it all the way to the tower on the East side of Tal Tal Mountain, only to be stopped by a keyhole blocking access to the tower, and I didn't find a use for the Rooster yet so I missed something on my way to the tower, but looking for that will have to wait until the next part.
