Hey, guys! The fourth season finale of The Sinner, unfortunately, will also serve as the series finale. As all good things come to an end, USA Network revealed that there’ll be NO Season 5 for The Sinner. The Season 5 cancellation came just two episodes before the Season 4 finale scheduled date on December 1st, but we believe that the decision was made way before the current season went into production. First, the finale episode will be an extended one, for the first time since the series debut. Secondly, wrapping up the Bill Pullman-fronted anthology crime series makes sense as detective Harry Ambrose is now retired and even for his final case he had to step back from the retirement into his detective shoes. With The Sinner ending, USA Network is officially out of original scripted content. In the past, it was home to such hit shows as Suits, Burn Notice, Psych and Royal Pains. If you want more of brilliant Bill Pullman, in 2021 he played American business leader David J. Mahoney in the Netflix biographical drama series Halston about the life of renowned American fashion designer Halston.
