welcome to my newest cover of my now most favorite Deltarune song :3c this is such an emotional complex piece of VGM, i knew instantly when hearing it that i had to cover it. this song has such a deep, rich feel to it that i don't think any other Deltarune song has managed. you can tell that something huge is approaching when listening to it...... EASILY my favorite Toby Fox composition lol
i'm sure most of you have learned by now how weird this songs time signature and tonality is, jumping from 11/8 to 10/8 then 11/8+12/8. it was quite tricky to track, but was very smooth once i got my bearings lol. and then i realized, this song is tuned 64 cents up from C major!!! or about A=432 hertz. very peculiar, but normal for Toby lol. the time signatures and micro-tonality give this song such an angelic, uplifting feeling to it, just oooooo so good lol
it took me a little bit to cover this song. not just because it was hard, but because i was finally showing my husband Deltarune and we went thru EVERYTHING. it takes a long time to be that thorough lol. hopefully i did justice to the song, please enjoy !!! :)
