This is probably one of the most (if not the most) criticized Linux ports ever made. The performance was so bad and the reaction from the gamers was so negative that that is likely why CD Project RED decided not to do a Linux port of The Witcher 3.
Still, as you can see, if you have a PC that is a lot more powerful that the game's requirements, you can play this game at 60 fps.
The game itself is pretty good, if you like RPGs and/or a fan of The Witcher book series.
