Merry Christmas to the five people who watch this channel! Here's a long-awaited game as a preset: it's Thief II: The Metal Age with EAX and 3D audio in NewDark!

Thief II: The Metal Age has mostly the same quirks as the first game when it comes to positional audio. Footsteps from other rooms are localized in doorways which can be confusing, ambient sounds are placed too low in the world geometry, and EAX needs boost=-12 in the alsoft.ini to not drown everything out. I do wish I could've picked a better level to show off, but I had limited time due to the holidays. At least the elevator effect sounds really cool.
