This is Tiny & Big in Grandpa's Leftovers with OpenAL Soft's HRTF (IRC_1037 tables). It's an indie 3D puzzle platformer from Germany. The gimmick is that you can freely manipulate the world by either pushing, cutting, pulling, or sending parts of the world flying with your tools. Honestly, nothing about this game appeals to me from the ugly "early-2010's indie" artstyle to the pretentious hipster soundtrack full of trombones and shit. It's an OpenAL-supported game, though, so I had to do it.

The 3D positional audio is pretty good in this game. There's very little ambience to listen to, but I'd imagine the full game would have flamethrower obstacles and waterfalls to provide more sound. It's a real shame that only smaller indie titles use OpenAL nowadays when it's still a very powerful and versatile API 20 years after its creation.
