Briefing:
There has been an internal power-shuffle in Sentinel's high-command and Command are not happy with the results. A new Sentinel Commander has been enlisted to be in charge of Restricted Area 01. Intel have a full profile on him, and to say that he's terrifying is an understatement. He has captured, tortured, mass killed, and has made disappear many of those who oppose him, including those within the PMC. Sentinel's high command have always endorsed him, either because they agree with his style or because they're too scared to do otherwise. Either way they know we're after him and have made provisions to be sure he's never captured.

We're just going to have to see how effective it really is.

Ghosts, to capture the HVT, you'll need to go through a few stages:
1. Take out all enemy guards stationed at the Construction Site, west of Grandview Range. The soldiers based there are his personal squads and removing them from the picture would weaken his stronghold in the PMC.
2. Remove any further soldiers at the Grandview Mansion. This has been his place for the last few days, so we suspect some of his personal guards will be there as well.
3. Hack into and upload the malware that would take out the satellite linked to his tracker, currently placed in Control Station Fox 01. We know he has one implanted but not sure where, which means taking out the satellite instead is easier. It would also make his capture far easier. Beware, however, that the hack will trigger an enemy QRF force within seconds, so be prepared to defend the area during the upload.
4. Finally, infiltrate Camp Fox and capture the HVT alive. We need him to answer for all his atrocities committed.

Prepare for a large number of troops to deal with, but you do have the advantage that their numbers have made them cocky and therefore lax. This should play in your favour.
