Bad luck at the Chem-Extraction complex assault, but the good news is the truck did not contain the hazardous material that could have turned that explosion into a dirty-bomb. So we're safe, for now. Turns out that ground drone had a fail-safe mechanism that would attached itself to the truck the minute a threat was sensed. Truthfully, there was little you could've done once the enemy suspected you were around, so don't take the loss of the mission heavily. Let's just be thankful there was no fallout.
But we're not out of the woods just yet. We have a clearer picture as to why Sentinel purchased this WMD from the NK. The idea was to plant the device underground of the Auroa Parliament and use it as a last resort threat should the shit hit the fan for them. If detonated, the yield would cover the entire Liberty City all the way up to the Skell Dam and Outpost base respectively. The rest of the island would perish from the fallout.
The last truck has been identified at the Auroa Hospital, surrounded by a heavy Sentinel presence and another ground drone. There is no time to waste, so you'll HALO to the AO immediately and complete the mission.
