An attack has been occurred in the US by President Nikoladze. The only way to figure out his whereabouts is a mole working side the agency.

From this video, you can see some differences from the final:
- The timer is located on the upper left corner of the screen.
- The vent entrance leading into the main lobby is higher than the final.
- The guard has been positioned to the left side of the elevator leading into the basement.
- Different floor texture surrounding the CIA emblem.
- The elevator level indicator shows "Level 2" instead of "Ground Floor".
- The announcer started speaking when Sam sneaks through the hallway in the beginning.
- The SC-20K is called F2000 in this prototype, the same goes with your pistol as FN-7, which is
the real name for these weapons.
- The security post's door is normal instead of automated.
- The storeroom inside the security post is unlocked.
- The technician is seen squatting next to the first keypad door instead of roaming around.
- The door leading into the backup battery power room is one small room here. On the other side of the door, the platform's length is the same as the final with some alternate arrangements.
- The technicians in the backup battery power room are alerted to Sam's footsteps from above.
- The shelves at the middle-end of the backup battery power room is shorter but still not able to climb.
- No medkit is seen in the break room after the storage room with the F2000 inside.
- The war room's layout is slightly different especially when circling around the guard inside.
- The technician is squatting in front of the opened floor panel instead of near the cart, just like in the loading screen.
- The CIA security officer does not leave the room after he finishes his phone call. Furthermore, the caller hangs up after knocking him out even after he's done.
- The computer is missing in the turret room.
- The door leading to the elevator is unlocked. Plus, entering the elevator will automatically take you to the next segment.
- The civilian inside the media room is bugged in this prototype. Knocking him out wouldn't alert nearby officers thankfully.
- Daugherty makes his stretches before leaving his office in this prototype. Plus, he stands by the photocopy machine before making his move.
- As a result, Sam access Daugherty's computer a little late with a CIA officer leaving the Media Room.
- Knocking out Daugherty will trigger an unused dialogue not spoken and seen in the final.
- Alerting the officers or civilians will trigger an unused warning dialogue not spoken and seen in the final as well.
- The civilians in the auditorium were placed differently with the security guard standing by the projector instead of the door near the cafeteria.
- No screen is shown in the auditorium. Additionally, the two audiences are standing in T-pose.
- Not shown here, but there is a ring air-foil round inside room 501.
- The keypad panel is placed between the double doors to the smoking area.
- The e-mail in the UFO sightings room was written differently. The door leading into the large room is inaccessible even with the keycode from the final release. There's two ring air-foil rounds inside.
- Lambert does not inform Sam about the CIA security guard talking to Jr. Wilkes and Baxter.
- The generator room is an open interior in this prototype. If you remember the loading screen for this segment, it was actually taken from this prototype.

This prototype was played through Xemu, so visual and performance issues do occur here. Played for documentation even though trying to be stealthy.
