"Tomb Raider 1 Walkthrough" Part 15 (Level 7 Palace Midas-Part 1 of 4) (Read Description)
0Welcome everyone to the third level of Greece and the seventh level of the 25th anniversary of the first "Tomb Raider" game. Here is "Palace Midas", in this level there are a lots of enemies to get rid, it's best to go around and explore and to get rid of the enemies, after a while they start to pile up. In this level there are three lead bars to find to turn into gold in the "Midas room". A door for the level exit in this level requires gold bars. For King Midas, that a lot of you know of, he's the guy that anything he touched turn to gold, also known as the fairy tale story of the same name (a.k.a. "The Midas touch"). Also watch out for a new kind of trap in this level called "Teeth gate doors". New traps to watch out for and they are to get through without dying (Seen in Part 18 of this walkthrough for these videos on my YouTube channel). Also watch out for the rats in this level, you'll encounter more of them in the next two levels of Greece. Go to the three rooms to find the three lead bars. 5:31 Explaining the purpose of room you're in (three doors) (run and jump across platforms in room to make your way to the five switches, also picking up small health pack and magnum clips and explaining what the main purpose of this level is)
7:21 Run down stairway to pull switch to open gate (that way you have to run and jump on those platforms to make your way to the switches, it makes the trip to the switches a lot easier instead of going the long way)
7:41 Show door which is the one to save for last (also known as level exit when you go in that room)
8:02 Room #1 (One switch up four switches down)-(Fire flame room)
8:40 Large health pack (on tall ledge that's hard to get-if you can't get the large health pack on tall ledge-just leave it and don't worry about it, plus it's to get, it's impossible to get up there).
9:40 Room #1 Fire Flame room
9:49 Shoot rats in water (you don't have to shoot the rats, but you can if you want to get them out of the way)
