NOTE: This game has lower sound than the average N-Gage title. In order to get the sound, I lightly taped one of my earphones on the camera speaker and used the other for hearing. You may have to turn up the speakers more to hear it (game sound comes in around 2:15 I think). Video won't look half decent until it's done processing.

Tomb Raider for the N-Gage can be considered very impressive on a technical level. It looks almost as good as Tomb Raider for the Playstation and Sega Saturn and has a nice, smooth framerate most of the time as well. The game also has the cool feature to fast foward, stop, rewind, and record footage that could supposedly be shared on the net, but I've never heard of dumping the recordings you make actually being done. This handheld TR game has since been surpassed with the PSP games, but was considered one of the definitive NG games to have.

The game replaced all the cutscenes and spoken dialogue with text and has no music (likely because it was either rushed or it couldn't fit), but I didn't expect the game to have all or any cutscenes and the game rarely had music anyway. Still, I miss the mysterious little music sample that played when you found a secret and such. The game controls well enough, assuming you can familiarize yourself with the cramped button layout. Due to how I had to play the game (the camera was on my chest and my arms were fully extended), I couldn't play as well as I'd like. I couldn't finish the level because of the amazing process I go through to convert the videos (the video file had to be converted from .MOV and I didn't want any loss of quality, resulting in a single video file over 50GB), so, uh, sorry about that.

This is a pretty novel game. It's not bad, but there are more entertaining N-Gage games. Enjoy.
