TOXIC FAMILY Of BULLYING That Pushes You To The Edge | Dynamics 101
I never like the conversation of negative thoughts (i.e., sucide, insecurities, hostile beliefs, etc) that tends to happen in toxic families.
It can often feel like the person is being told they SHOULD NOT have thoughts that aren't "positive."
But in a toxic family dynamic where bullies exist, it is very common to have negative thoughts.\n
We can't ignore the reality that one of the major triggers of negative thoughts (including suicidal thoughts) is depression and a toxic family, especially for older people. \n\nIn this live chat, I discuss the psychology of negative thoughts and family bullies. \n------------------------------------------------------------
