Once again I decided to go for a drive on the Long Island Railroad. This will be the last journey I record on this route until the Budd M3 is released.

Today we will drive a 6-car set of Bombardier M7 stock on a local service from Atlantic Terminal to Hempstead, a distance of 20.52 miles. Departing from Atlantic Terminal at 13:10, we will stop at all stations on our way to Hempstead:

Jamaica
Hollis
Queens Village
Bellerose
Floral Park
Stewart Manor
Nassau Boulevard
Garden City
Country Life Press
Hempstead

Unfortunately the stupid glitch with the doors happened three times on this run. First at Nostrand Avenue, then again at Floral Park and Garden City. This glitch is one where the doors refuse to close when I press the button behind the driver's seat, so I have to go out and close each door manually. I know that isn't prototypical for the LIRR trains, but I couldn't get the train moving otherwise.
