Tyrian 2000 - Engage Mode - Part 24 (Stargate)
2A fleet of such power that even Trent, after so many battles, barely escapes, is a matter of worry. Trent manages to get one last data cube from a Ninja that once threatened him. He understands now that Trent is fighting against Microsol, and instructs him to go to Camanis, the ice world.
The Ninja's race, as well as the Mendivian C rebels, have prepared many tools to defeat the Microsol fleet. They did what they could to fight them in large space battles, but now Microsol has closed the Stargate. Without going into deep explanations, the Ninja simply tells Trent that it's up to him to stop the Microsol fleet.
Going through the Stargate had... consequences. Trent is unsure where he is, or WHEN he is. He believes he is a few days in the future, right when the Microsol fleet is about to reach the planets of the sector. He rushes to Camanis as instructed, preparing for the final battle.

INSTANT BALLS.
Not a hard level. The hardest part would be the red swirling balls near the end, because they shoot smaller balls. With Engage Mode's limited weaponry, you're at risk of having trouble defeating them. But it's not too bad.
Remember that during each of the Red Spike attack sprees, a Red Spike is actually not invincible, and drops two 5000-points gems. Check the video to see exactly which.
Finally, the secret levels are hard to miss... but there are TWO secret levels here... and four Secret Level Warps, dropped from swirling balls. Unless you have uber weapons capable of instantly destroying the Red Balls, you'll have to pick randomly, and to restart this level if you don't get the Secret Level you want.
Finally, as with the level "Asteroid?", here you can camp forever, racking points. The end "boss" keeps shooting red balls. Destroy them to get points, and don't damage the medium-sized red balls, so that they keep pumping the smaller ones.
That's a lot of times I wrote "balls" in this description.
