The time has come. Let us put an end to your journey.

Fleet. The Microsol Fleet, built with the greatest military technology, after efforts from research stations in Camanis, Gryphon, and all over the galaxy, and equipped with the new Gravitium engines.
Time to mow down the Fleet. With the weapons from Camanis, let's engage the enemy ships and destroy the Mothership.

Microsol's Fleet first target is Deliani, possibly knowing that Gencore leads the rebels and all those who oppose the Fleet. Trent attacks, and the stars of the sky quickly blink then go out ; the Fleet is not done emerging from the Stargate. In the chaos of hyperspace, Trent has a chance at evading all these monstrously powerful ships and reach the Illuminator.

The starships were designed to devastate planets and large fleets, but find themselves at a loss against a one-man-fighter controlled by a fearless pilot. The Fleet is not without resources against Trent, however, because it sends entire squadrons of interceptors after him.

Loaded with the weapons from Camanis, all that remains for Trent to do is to destroy the mothership then unleash his payload on the Fleet. Anything that survives will then be engaged by Gencore, led by Transon, the Rebels, led by Reid, all the other life forms who oppose Microsol, and Trent himself.

The seemingly final chapter of what will soon be called the Legend Of Tyrian has had its first words written.

I actually reached level 11 with the Atomic Railgun. It looks like the level 2 version, but it's actually powerful.

This level is simply epic. The music is awesome, and the gameplay too.

First you'll face a magnetic claw of some sorts. It shoots lightning, and also messes up your movement with magnetic forces. Plus, only the core at the center of the ship is vulnerable. Invulnerability works best here, as does the Firebomb is you throw it. However, remember you're invincible for a few seconds when starting the level ; so plunge in and take it out!

Mines and even some red balls will oppose you in the starry sky, until the stars start... blinking, then they disappear. It looks like the final battle will be held in hyperspace.

The brown capital ships don't have the strongest weaponry imaginable (at least, they can't use it against such as small ships such as yours). Howeve, they are invincible. Don't engage them. Attack their interceptors instead.
The interceptors (the smaller ships) come in different varieties. All but the first ones you see are very resilient, so don't expect to destroy them all.

You'll face a blockade of yellow-ball shooting interceptors. Those are the strongest ones ; careful not to get trapped.

Then it's time to fly by the capital ships. All of them are immobile (which means they move as fast as the screen scrolls). Some fast capital ships will pass, but they are just for show ; they can't touch you. They can block your view temporarily, however.

Don't forget the two ships that shoot many orange-y missiles. The first drops a power-up, the second, a special weapon. Although they aren't to tough, it's hard to destroy them when all your bullets intercept their missiles. So use Invulnerability and ram them.

Eventually you'll have large energy beams launched at you. Your ship's computer warns you of their coming. Only thing to note is that the very first beam CANNOT be dodged by moving to the right of the screen.

Some white interceptors will move fast all over the screen, and suddenly shoot yellow balls at you. Be prepared to dodge.

Finally, you'll reach your target : the Mothership, apparently called "Illuminator" or "Illuminati". It's quite weak, actually ; probably made for command, not for attack. It has two yellow-ball-shooting turrets which can be destroyed. The Mothership will also fully repair itself sometimes. It unleashes weak interceptors to defend itself, and stronger interceptors will make a wall to defend it, while energy beams rain down on you. It's not a hard fight, however ; I only extended it a bit, and finished epic-ly with the music.

So this concludes Tyrian.
TYRIAN, the FIRST version. On Easy or Medium difficulty.
Then they added episode 4, then they made Tyrian 2000, and since I'm playing on Hard Difficulty or higher, I get an "extra reward".
More videos to come. Utterly destroying the Microsol fleet is not the end.
