"TRANSON :
Now, look, Trent Hawkins, I am sick and tired of you blowing our Z-29
Central Defense Ship to bits!

Take your stupid war somewhere else and stop destroying our defense fleet!

I don't care if your family WAS killed down here!
If you ever return to Savara, I'm going to call out a planetary alert and
send the entire sector after your ship!

So, GO AWAY!"
- Actual dialogue in the game.

Trent doesn't care of this universe much. He only wants to reach Deliani, find the Stargate and enter it again, and hopefully re-emerge back into his own timeline. Thus, after destroying Tyrian by himself as well as all Microsol on Savara, he continues towards pure chaos.

A being claiming to be the clone of a certain pirate named Beppo sold Trent a Stalker C, the most advanced fighter ever produced. With Trent's weapons from the other timeline and this ship, he sets his eyes on Deliani.

Vykromod lay shocked at this random pilot who blew up everything on Tyrian. Transon got irate seeing his personal defenses for Savara exploded. And now, Javi's turn has come. Trent informed Gencore of Javi's true origins, and the spy had to escape. Now, he is on Deliani, leading an army of Microsol ships who used the chaos brought by Trent to invade the planet.

Trent knows of the Illuminator. Now that he removed Microsol from Tyrian, that mothership must be the only vessel of the Fleet to have ever been built. If Trent can pass Deliani, he is bound to quickly find that blasted ship and destroy it, guaranteeing the safety of this alternate timeline and allowing him to return home.

New Deli is a remake of Deliani. So the creators took one of the hardest levels in the game, and reduxed it into something even harder.

It's an extremely difficult level on Engage Mode. However, if you actually got here, you're definitely able to pass it. In my opinion, Botany B beats New Deli in terms of difficulty.

*Note : Don't forget power-ups on the blue ship groups. I had the privilege of being at level 11, so I didn't go after them, making the level slightly easier.*

Once again, the trouble comes from the green ships. There are more of them this time around, coming in more formations, and much more often.

So you'll get the green ship vertical trio, green ships moving diagonally while your vision is obstructed, the 6 green ship attack, and a new 6 green ship attack, this time making a horizontal line.

Hopefully the your Atomic Railgun is stronger now, as it can increase the speed at which you destroy the towers. Invulnerability is still good to use, but only on the second half of the level ; it's very difficult to input it during the first half, as there are too many green ships shooting at you. If you get hit, you get less shields, and that means a shorter Invulnerability.

Is it me, or does the Repulsor work slightly better now? I know some Special Weapons fire for longer, the higher your Front Weapon level is. I don't think there are such weapons on Engage Mode, but could it be that the Repulsor gets stronger?

The Ice Beam is also an excellent special weapon, and in this level, might be better than the Repulsor, as you can spam-click it to freeze greens ships.

Difficulty : 10/10
Number of attempts : 7
I aced out on this level ; even on my first try I got very far, but it took a few tries to remember where everything is and make a strategy for each part. Remember that I AM at Level 11 Atomic Railgun power, however. This means I didn't care about destroying the blue ships and get more power-ups.

This is the end of episode 3. I've left the ending in. Keep in mind the ending is supposed to take place after Fleet, not New Deli, as these last 3 levels are bonuses that aren't part of the story. Maybe.
