Rules:
-Shepherd Main Character
-No deaths
-No Orbs (exceptions: Mariah gets 1 Orb from Wrong, 1 from Shame; Janna gets 1 Orb from Wrong; may add 1 Orb from Covetous for Geoff)
-Hack used to halve the Might values of physical range weapons, and also shift a quarter of the stat influence for physical range attacks from Dexterity (the actual Dexterity) to Strength
-No Virtue drops or farming
-Given spells may be banned as deemed fit
-No using the Paladin or Tinker

I think in light of the recent mass shootings, I'd want to get a good project off the ground. Obviously, anything involving guns casually (Advance Wars or Lost Frontier) is out, but why not involve something involving welcome messages. Obviously, Ultima 4 is dated with Guide Dang It handling and other questionable handling of its own virtue system, but the ideas are certainly there at least, and I'd rather make it clear that #VideogamesAreNotToBlame no matter how messed up video game communities in general are. Besides, I'm for going with something tame enough at the moment after my venture with Startropics, even if 2x Speed would be recommended for usage with this series, because the combat system IS rather dated.

Rule change explanation:
-Exceptions to No Orbs rule - it turns out that there is a bug with leveling up, in that when you talk to Lord British, only ONE Level worth of stat increases is applied regardless of how many Levels the character obtains. This means that Mariah loses 2 level ups worth of stats (aside from HP), which is frustrating. I'm not going to hack just to fix the bug for the playthrough, but I'd need a workaround. At least Orbs provide that. I'll also provide Janna one Orb because for whatever reason, Janna objectively has only so much over Mariah when all is said and done. And it's possible I'll make an exception for Geoff too because....well, I'll talk more about that in the next part.

Oh, and since the hack already nerfs Bows enough, I can go ahead and upgrade to them. They're still powerful, but not a completely unholy advantage for the player, especially since the Mage and Shepherd can't use them anyway, and I'm forced to use the Shepherd myself to begin with. Mostly, since I've proven capable of taking on the more powerful foes, I may as well cut down on tedium.

So mostly, this is a trip to Jhelom, making use of pit stops at Castle Britannia and Yew. At Jhelom, Geoff is recruited, but has to head to base. Fortunately, these travels are starting to pay off: the Key allows access to the Rune of Valor, and the Ship allows access to the Shrine of Valor. Put those together with readiness for partial Avatarhood for Valor, and that's 1 Virtue down, 7 to go.

Spell ingredient learning of note ATM:
-Tremor: Ash, Manroot, other ingredient(s) unknown (Beggar at Skara Brae and Soldier at Jhelom)

Coordinates of note thus far:
-69,105 - unknown so far, could just be a joke by all indications
-149,46 - unknown so far, but search should be done during double New Moons
-54,182 - search during double New Moons for Manroot (likely that totally not suspicious poison swamp anyway)
