Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3: "Supreme Demonstration" of Finishing Moves - NintendoComplete
This video is a compilation of match-ending moves (fatalities, babalities, friendships, et al) that appear in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.
Being released in 1996, this version of Mortal Kombat was around well before the series turned itself into murder-porno like it has become in the later installments (seriously, oh my God some of those are disgusting). This is back when they were still hilariously corny and done with jagged-edge digitized characters.
Drop an arcade machine on someone's head! Pull their skeleton out of their mouth! Step on them as a 50-foot bionic man! Feed them explosives! ...or roast marshmallows and hop on a pogo stick! They weren't afraid to get creative, and it was all pretty funny. Even more so when you discovered it for the first time and couldn't figure out if you should laugh or ask WTF.
This demonstration is available as an unlockable ending in the Sega Saturn port of the game that I am playing this from. I edited the video quite heavily after I recorded it - the load screens that you see were originally 5-10 seconds each. This video, before the editing, was around 27 minutes long. Since the loading screens are boring and far too pervasive (why didn't they just run a video clip?!) to make this enjoyable, I cut them (mostly) out. I had to leave them in to some degree because of when the sound would play, but I think I've made it far, far more watchable.
Either way, it's a good nostalgic look-back one of the 90s most influential gaming franchises, and it'll certainly make you laugh at least once or twice!
