Highly energetic and maneuverable, the F8F-1 is everything I expected it to be. Being essentially a re-vamped and redesigned F6F Hellcat, the plane performs incredibly well at altitudes of 2000m to 5000m, being able to dominate the skies and achieve air superiority.

Still, for all this success, just be aware that the plane has a couple of dangerous drawbacks: questionable durability, an armament that can fall short at crucial moments, and performance that flatlines horrifically below 275 km/h.
