For Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II: Retribution and more details about the ports see Penguin Recordings video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9C1c9G1cRY
For this video details below.

System:
Intel i7-4790K
Nvidia GTX 780
16 GB RAM

Nvidia drivers:
SteamOS = 370.28
Windows = 372.90

Something that I forgot to make more clear in the video at sec 0.10:
What you see in the image are the differences (starting from the main Ultra settings preset) regarding the Terrain Detail from Low to High.

As said, there are some differences in settings and graphics between the two systems.
By default the Linux version has the AA filter turned OFF. Also, at the Ultra settings the Linux version is more bright (especially ground and vegetation), and the shadows are more distinct on the ground. You can see this very clearly in the Penguin Recordings video mentioned above at min 1.38:

The setting responsible for this is Terrain Detail when set to Medium or High, Low being identical on both systems.
For this reason I preferred to record the video at Ultra settings having though the Terrain Details set down to Medium, this being a setting where both version were more similar visually.
For the benchmarks themselves I used though the main Ultra settings preset with Terrain Details left untouched, and only AA filter set to ON as the Windows version.
