Whisker Squadron: Survivor is a Roguelite On Rail shooter.

Imagine it like Starfox 64 (Lylatwars), but after you did defeat a enemy they drop little collectibles that increase your XP. If you got enough XP, you level up and can pick a Passive Buff.
If you die, you lose all these levels and buffs, but you get a currency based on defeated enemies and how far you came in the Game.
For this currency you can buy Upgrades that will stay forever.

So the Goal of the Game is to survive either as long as you can, or even fly through all the Stages and make it back home.
The Game is fun, but also lacks a bit substance, since you only play on that level you did pick first. On the different stages, the layout changes a little in the placing, but the overall design is the same.
I think it would be nicer, if the colors and the obstacles changes every few stages. Similar to that what NES Games did, when they had a Colorswap, most noticeable in the classic Tetris.
The Game is relative Cheap and in Early Access, maybe this will change in the future.

A nice touch is, that you can pick from different characters, that come with different stats, but also have different lines they say (as text in a speechbubble), so that these pilots got their own little personality.
