Wii Metroid Prime: Trilogy G59, 2nd Campaign pt4: Face to face with the dark creatures of the Ing.
After adapting to the hostile environment of Dark Aether, I'm was ready to proceed with caution. And thus, I came face to face with the backbone of the Ing invading forces. What kind of creature also lurk... Vid timeline:
(0:00) Intro and Door system.
Looks like a finally managed to adapt to how the Door System works in Metroid Prime 2 as opposed to the first game.
(3:04) Ing Warrior at Dueling Range.
First fight with an Ing Warrior, described as the backbone of the Ing army. That was the creature type I saw with Dark Samus went I went through the portal she created and follow her.
I had assumed Warriors where in fact, local creatures Dark Samus corrupted with Phazon, to built herself an army. But it didn't turned out to be that way. As it is, I'm unclear as to how those two came together in mutual agreement.
(13:41) Junction Site.
(15:09) Jump Guardian at Judgement Pit.
It proved not only local creatures where able to use my own weapons and abilities against me, but the Ing as well. Now, I have to prepare in case that's going to be the case for my more powerful items like the Power Bomb and Super Missile.
(27:29) Dark Agon Temple Access and Temple.
(30:02) First Agon Temple Key found.
Was able to find to first Key without resistance. But the remaining two where nowhere to be seen.
(36:41) Going back... Dark Suit?
I begun to wonder if there's going to be an equivalent of the Phazon Suit here. One to would protect me from Dark Aether's atmosphere.
(41:19) Stuck at Portal Access.
Speaking of something that would grant me protect, I lost to time, trying to figure out how to properly jump. But it turned out, the protection bubble the Luminoth created, come from a diverse number of sources.
(46:52) Portal Access and Portal Site.
(48:44) Pirates at Portal Terminal.
Hopefully, the reason why Pirates are here, will be revealed. I thought they where after me. To avenge what happened back at Tallon IV. But it's looking like there's more to it.
(50:13) Transporter Center.
Morph Ball Pipe discovered. And it didn't occured to me to switch back and forth between the Light and Dark maps to see how things fit.
(52:40) Safe Station on both Worlds.
But one thing is that Save Stations do appear in the same place on both Worlds. And I can expect that to happen on the other Temple areas as well.
