With the pass in hand and the Water trial completed, you can now head north to the Asgard region. Be sure to give the Spiritua Statue to Koton, even if he's a huge jerk.
In the city of Asgard, you need to examine the dias in order to advance the story. Linar and Harvey attempt to blow it up, angering Raine because of her love of ruins. They have a good reason for doing so, since the Summon Spirit of Wind is demanding a human sacrifice, and their friend Aisha is the next sacrifice. This is reminding me a bit of Mimi from Faraway Story.
Before going to the dias again, be sure to do the usual JRPG prepwork. When Raine performs the ritual, the spirit appears, but turns out to be an impostor.
[ 35:25 ] Boss: Windmaster (Hard)
This thing is basically a budget version of the later Balacruf Mausoleum boss. It has no overlimit, but has powerful close-range attacks and the ability to insta-cast Wind Blade.
Afterwards, you get a key item that lets you enter Balacruf Mausoleum. Harvey also figures out something that Genis and Raine want to keep hidden.
