FO3 and FONV specify the texture files slightly differently to Oblivion. However the terrain texture handling is largely the same. As you can see there's no LOD landscape for FO3/FONV yet and there are still some issues at the edges of cells (I thought I fixed that - it could be some quirk with FONV, need to investigate).
