ElGato rec. No battle chatter/commentary. Hello YouTube. SSGL here. We do here a different kind of engagement with Halo 4 MCC: a sniper battle on Haven.

An idea I got from one of our subscribers, who's attracted to sniper type weapons and likes to do related montages vids.

I felt the map Haven provided a nice area for this kind of scenario, with it's line of sights and overall design.

If any of you viewers would like us to play a custom scenario of some kind, let us know. Right now am thinking of a Scorpion tank battle for instance!

Anyways, in our research to learn how to do voice while recording with ElGato, we discovered that further equipment is necessary by the looks of it, lol. Is not a simple plug in one's head set into the controller and that's it. But the alternative, installing the Audacity program we are now hearing about for post-recording voice adding looks like a more attractive and convenient way. Which of these options do you use for your vids and why?

If we don't go for either of these options, then am thinking of simply using my mobile device for recording when I would like to have voice in a vid. Turns out, I got a new, more advanced device as a gift, so using such a method should yield better results now. Such testing will involve the Wii vids. And if I see significant improvement, I'll expand it's use for the Xbox One vids that we do including voice.
