XENA: Talisman of Fate - CALLISTO Proper Controls - 1-Player Quest Mode & REVIEW (N64/Project64 1.6)
I've finally managed to properly configure the N64-controller to the Project64 V.1.6 Emulator - the C-buttons were wrongly configured in the previous video causing the special moves to be impossible to pull off, and the directional buttons worked fine when moving while the analog-stick had an issue where when you moved to the left the character became slower - I've fixed the C-buttons so that I can now properly do all the special attacks and the directional buttons have been configured for the analog-stick - while the analog-stick is now configured for the area of the directional buttons - this solved the issue with characters moving too slow to the left.
Using a fully functioning and configured N64-controller connected to the PC through an adapter that I bought on the internet back in 2008-2009 I can now play much better in the game. I am playing through the Quest-Mode as Callisto and this time all her attacks and moves will be used - it's a great improvement.
I do highly recommend this game if you have a fully working and functioning Nintendo 64-controller to use while playing. The Project64 Emulator is the best one as it has the best graphics - but make sure to use 1.6 as it works fine in 1920/1080p HD resolution if picking 60hz and not the other options like 20hz, 30hz, 40hz or 50hz - anything lower than 60hz will make the game lag or cause the music to stutter on these graphics.
This game has a fun arcade-mode for 1 Player, it has 2 Player, 3 Player and 4 Player Versus against both players and the computer - and it even has the computer VS computer only option. It has the roster-mode where you pick groups of up to four characters and up to 4 teams. It's very similar in style to the Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4-Player battles - just with less impressive special moves and graphics.
For the N64 the models look great when using the emulator.
I do own this game in real life as well. I did buy it 2 years ago or so. I wanted it when I was a kid in 1999-2000 but that didn't happen.
