Factorio 248k mod, 10x multiplier - E67 - The best of beacons

Tier 3 beacons mean I hopefully won't be further reorganising these endgame builds. Just beacon harder & get the little yellow cubes to research effect strength.

Tier 2 beacon energy gets a cheaper new recipe. A bunch more lithium enabled powergrid too. New beacons and cores chew through the electricity, plus there's no backup generation plan if I'm somehow down on fusion inputs. So I'd better not ever be.
