All the "improved" 248k modules retain pretty severe downsides. There's no drawback-free productivity bonus endgame present in some other Factorio overhaul mods.

So I'm enjoying the puzzle of deciding how much extra productivity is really value. The Stokes 2 seems strong for the curve but it's not simply socketing best-in-class productivity bonuses everywhere. There's new decisions, which is gameplay.
