The 2nd Battalion the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers has been saying goodbye to their Commanding Officer at Dhekelia in Cyprus.

Lt Col Mike Butterwick was dragged off camp, following an army tradition, to mark the end of 19 years service with the Battalion.

Over the last two years he has overseen a move from Germany and handled news that the battalion will be cut next year following the Army 2020 spending review.
