Tonight's Army Major Unit Boxing final is looming large, with 2 PARA and 3 PARA aiming for victory in the ring.

In the build up to the contest Forces News has been talking to some of the competitors as they prepare for a big night of Regimental Boxing.

3 PARA have dominated the event, winning the title seven times in the last 10 years including victory last year. Forces News has been talking to their captain as the defending champions look to defend their crown in Colchester.
