Here's a grinding route I devised for the 30F Boss Rush. After I got tired of grinding B11F for what must have been 20+ hours, I did 30F for a while. I eventually realized that the rewards on some of the bosses are actually kind of neat. Note: I am not saying the Boss Rush is actually a *better* grinding spot than B11F is.

I get about 10 levels after 5 minutes of grinding here, when I can get about 50 levels with 20 minutes of grinding in B11F. That seems okay, but you can go on way longer single trip streaks on B11F and you also have a chance to earn extra materials and Gems / Jewels while 30F seems to be just pure gold and EXP. Dunno if it's optimal for where I am, but I definitely think it's worthwhile at an earlier point in the game.

Disclaimer: I did this post-Will of Gensokyo, with Enhanced Boss switch on. I bring this up because I haven't confirmed if either of those (Loop 2 of the Corridor or the Enhanced Boss switch) affect the rewards on 30F. Anyway:

Highest EXP drops
-Miko (60M)
-Remilia (57M)
-Yukari (57M)
-Yuugi (55M)
-Reimu (55M)
-Suwako (49M). Easy kill with MYS or DTH
-Ran (48M)
-Mokou (47M). Easy kill with CLD
-Koishi (47M). Normally annoying due to EVA, but with Shou or Sakuya, it's more consistent

Highest Gold drops
-Akyuu (24M). Easy kill with CLD
-Suika (18M). Easy kill with WND
-Satori (18M)
-Rinnosuke (17M). Easy kill with SPI
-Futo (14M). Easy kill with PHYS
-Yuyuko (14M). Not a super easy kill, but she also gives 45M EXP.
-Tenshi (13M). Similar case to Yuyuko. EXP reward is 44M.

Other
-Mamizou has good EXP and decent gold (55M EXP, 12M gold) but the randomness of her fight makes her a bit impractical
-Cirno has one of the lowest gold rewards (3M)
-Reimu has the worst gold reward at 950K only, because "Reimu poor lol"
-Nitori has one of the lowest EXP rewards (18M) and only a decent gold reward (12M) but she's so easy to kill with SPI that you might as well
