Like with the Murakumo video, this description will be about my party's specific strategy instead of a general guide. Look up the Touhou Wiki's entry, you'll need it~

While I was able to keep the general structure of my party intact (Moriyas, Yakumos + Kasen, Aya and Miko) I did have to bring in some specialized characters since this boss allows almost no gimmicks. It's all minimizing boss damage and maximizing your own. First off, I should mention my Blue Dragon God Formation (which I prioritized with this fight)

Elementalist Eiki / Dragon God Akyuu / Strategist Aya / Transcendent Flandre

-Elementalist Eiki: Without Awakening, she has Cleansed Crystal Mirror, a passive that decreases all elemental damage taken if she's in front row. With Awakening, Eiki can reduce all damage from the backrow too via Ability to Judge Morality. Most important here was capturing WND affinity during the Dragon God's opening phase so that she could help tank Blue form's WND attacks. Eiki also had extra utility for boosting Flandre's DRK damage and for debuffing the Golden form, but tanking Blue form was the main task for her, hence the WND affinity boosting equips.

-Strategist Aya: Aya has personal passive that reduces WND damage (Ability to Manipulate Wind), so even if she didn't have her ridiculously good turn pass, you'd still want her for tanking. Subbing her as Strategist means she can further reduce all types of damage while on the frontline. All her bonuses went into HP.

-Dragon God Akyuu: Aside from her Invincibility skill, she has nothing to actually reduce Blue form's damage. In fact, I was relying on her Resurrection to help her survive this phase. But since Akyuu was extremely pivotal for the rest of the fight too (Invincibility is necessary to tank Red form if you're NOT going to rely on Tenshi and Eirin, and her Awakening Boost and increased damage when hitting weakness are great too), I gave her the Dragon God subclass. Aside from all the useful effects (auto healing, auto buffing) it has a damage reduction passive.

-Transcendent Flandre: Blue Form is only weak to DRK, but since a lot of DRK attackers rely on extra effects for damage (e.g. Kogasa and Parsee need TRR) I went with Flandre because of her raw ATK stat. To actually survive this form, I had to sacrifice some of Flandre's ATK for high WND affinity via Rubiss Sword. I gave her Transcendent since it lets the user increase damage given and decrease damage taken.

tl;dr here are all the boosts from this setup
-Cleansed Crystal Mirror's Damage Reduction
-Elementalist's WND Damage Reduction
-Aya's Ability to Manipulate Wind
-Strategist's Damage Reduction
-Dragon God's Damage Reduction
-Transcendent's Damage Reduction (Flandre Only)
-Quartz Charm (Aya, Eiki and Flandre separately had these. This reduces damage to user by 20%)

(There was also Miko's Prince Lesson passive that increases the effect of buffs [16% if in front row, only 8% if in the back] and that probably helped a little too.)

Despite all of this work, Flandre could barely survive two turns in Blue Form. Thank Moriya for Suwako, she (along with Akyuu) really carried my party through this fight.

As for the rest of the party:

-Transcendent Sanae: She had to become my main tank for this fight. Since buffing wasn't super important, I focused on damage reduction.

-Gambler Suwako: She didn't change but with her ability to hit one of the bosses only weaknesses (and Suwako's own ability to boost NTR damage), she was very important.

-Gambler Kanako: She was there for killing Force and Golden forms and boosting Suwako. She wasn't tanking anything so I focused on damage via Gambler.

-Toxicologist Kasen: There for pinning down Force with PAR (and sometimes SHK). Could also debuff Golden form.

-Hexer Miko: Could be used as a backup tank, was mostly for debuffing Golden form.

-Yukari, Ran, Chen: They stayed the same. Herbalist Chen was probably unnecessary (because of Awakened Akyuu) but with Akyuu's 80% revival chance, you never know. Chen still had Instant Attack shenanigans and could still boost Yukari and Ran.

Other:

-Interesting fight, but I *hate* how fast the ATB moves here. It's hard to tell who gets next turn without practicing the fight over and over

-Speaking of, I had the entire first phase of the fight memorized. Every turn up until the Force and Blink phase was static for me, though there was light RNG. Most of it was related to Akyuu (from her revival chance + her Invincibility skill's chance to wear off) though there was RNG with Roar Shockwave (since it would sometimes inflict SHK on Sanae). Bad RNG in those scenarios led to instant resets

-I think I lucked out with this party setup. I *cannot* imagine doing this fight without Suwako tbh.

-I also lucked out on all the Quartz Gems tbh

-I'd put this higher in difficulty than Murakumo bc of the permanent buffs + immunity to most ailments
