He's on his feet!

I managed to get him assembled and on his feet by myself. Everything went pretty smoothly until I attached the center ankle. It's held in place by 4 bolts that go through the ankle support piece in the bottom of the body that screw into 4 captured square nuts in the ankle. I had used hot glue to keep the square nuts from falling out of the ankle but I didn't put enough glue in the slots to hold the nuts where they're lined up with the bolt.

The other thing that made it a bit more difficult is that I forgot to attach the battery boxes while the body was sitting on the plastic container to raise it high enough to attach the legs and feet without them touching the ground. I ended up attaching the center ankle before I remembered about the boxes. I carefully flipped the entire thing upside down and attached the boxes, then flipped it back upright. That was a bit scary, but went without a hitch. Well, maybe a little hitch in my back:)
