4Finally complete! The last problem I had was with the monitor. The left and right edges were jumping around. It turned out to be one of the potentiometers for adjusting the image linearity. After searching the KLOV website for threads on vector monitor issues, I found one that talked about jumping vectors possibly being caused by the potentiometers.
I placed my finger on one of the pots and wiggled it a little and there was no change in the image. I then placed my finger on the second pot and the jumping changed. I rotated the pot a few times and then dialed it in to the point where the problem went away.
I've just cleaned the monitor plexiglass and taken some pictures to post a for sale ad. This game needs to find a new home!
