3D Printer Voron 2.4 Rev. C 350mm - Build Progress Part 9
I'm wiring the underside of the printer now but have hit a little snag. The USB C to USB A connector that links the Octopus main board with the Raspberry Pi is not oriented correctly. The USB A part needs to be angled so the wire comes off the connector towards the front of the printer. Instead, the wire comes off pointing downward.
This cable would be the lowest point of the printer, and if I needed to move the printer, it could possible catch on something. It would also be hard to keep it in the wiring channel, and might put undo stress on the Raspberry Pi connector.
I'll be ordering a replacement cable. I have filled out the contact form on the MatterHackers website with the information, along with the earlier problem I had with one of the triangle shaped brackets that mount the bed rails to the frame being different than the other three brackets.
