Minmus has the attraction of its famed ski slopes and amusingly low but not zero gravity, but the trip there takes 4 days. Not a short vacation. Kerbin Orbit has the lovely vistas of the planet below, but there is relatively little to do there except bounce around a tin can, and no resources. What we really need, is a new moon of Kerbin, but conveniently located. Say, about 100km above the surface of the planet or so. People could travel to our new moon on day trips and be back for dinner. With our new fleet of space shuttles, finally space tourism could come within the reach of the middle-class holiday traveler.

There's just a teensy little problem. Getting a small moon to conveniently locate itself in Kerbin orbit. We have a plan however!

We will send a massive machine to rendezvous with an E-class asteroid, the largest type in KSP, and attempt to bring it into Kerbin orbit. And they we will build a city on it, a floating city.. a CITY... IN... SPAAACE!
