576Skate or Die 2 for the NES was made in 1990, but somehow it encapsulated the entire decade in one, short, awful package. It's a game about skateboarding, but there's also political espionage and elements of city planning and sanitation.
JK it's not that deep. You skate and murder and it's RADICAL.
There's also a half-pipe ramp mode, and it's just a mini game but it's probably the funnest part of the game. But before you drop into the ramp, hold UP to move your character to the top of the ramp. Then hold START and press SELECT many times. Eventually you will hear a sound effect that indicates you now have infinite lives!
In other words, you can fall as many times as you want and will skate for the full three minutes on the ramp. Now you can Skate and NOT Die, dude!
