Head to the NW with your Priests and convert all the villagers you can, your enemies have no military power, so start building within their base (or destroying theirs) whilst your Priests convert the rest.
There's a large forest blocking you from Red and they build no naval units.

I've always been a Cavalry Archer fan, and thankfully with the Wheel upgrade you can train Chariot Archers from the Archery Range. I land on the small patch of land to the north and build a few there after getting upgrades and plenty of Wood/Food.
15 or more should do, as you can always use hit and run tactics to maximise effectiveness. Once you've dealt with the onslaught of units get a couple of Stone Throwers and use them to help assault the base, which should be practically free of resistance (other than Towers).
