This game has something of a reputation for being one of the Mega Drive's worst games, and playing this I can understand why. In fact it's bad in that so bad it's good way, it's just really stupid.

Although this game is pretty much unplayable and you're constantly getting assaulted on all sides by the many enemies who take too many hits to kill, and with the terrible hit detection and unresponsive controls complicating matters further, chances are you'll make it a decent way through the game.

This game is also quite violent for the time too- there's lots of blood and you can even decapitate the giant soldiers found in the 3rd stage. The ability to mix potions is also interesting, although trial and error is needed since some potions actually poison you while taking a purple potion alone does nothing.

So yeah, this game is terrible, but it's amusing too.
