Baldur's Gate 3 - 09 - Finishing Blighted Village
0In this part, we explore the rest of the Blighted Village. First, we encounter a trio of ogres. The leader seems oddly articulate and smart for an ogre. Regardless, we convince him to work for us instead of the goblins.. so he gives us a horn to blow for when we might need his aid.
Next, we rescue a gnome from a group of goblins that tied him to a windmill. His 'reward' for helping him was kinda lacking.. lesson learned.
After that, we pull a dagger out of a rather tough piece of meat. Then I remember that we've been carrying around this tome, and we recently found a giant amethyst that fits in the mouth. So, we open it and read a few pages.. getting cursed along the way, so that's fun.
Then, as we head north out of town, we run into Raphael.. a rather interesting 'man' that claims he can help us with our tadpole problem. We turn him down, of course, but it might be worth keeping in mind.
And that's where we end it for now.
