There was an arcade videogame made for Batman Forever that was a beat em up videogame published by Acclaim. It was very chaotic and very hard but it was also fun to play if you played it in co-op with a friend. Acclaim also made a console tie-in videogame for both Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo. It wasn't very well received by fans or by critics, and it didn't capture the vibe and look of the movie as well as the arcade game did. It used the same graphics engine as Mortal Kombat so it had digitized actors on screen and had a similar combat to the MK games. but this action side scrolling was not as popular as games like the NES batman games, the batman 1989 and Returns games, the Arkham trilogy etc.
