This game is too demanding for this system :P You can hit slightly above 30fps so it is kind of playable, but as we know 30fps is not a good option in this type of game.

To get more than 40fps you will gonna have to lower the resolution to 1600x900.

To get around 60fps you will gonna have drop it further to 1366x768, which is the resolution of cheaper HDTVs (HDready).

If you want fairly solid 60fps then 1280x720 is probably the only option

The options i used:
Textures - Ultra
Anisotropic filtering - x8
Post AA filter - Low
and the rest is on lowest.
Some options are not too taxing so you could set some of them even to ultra and still maintain good framerate.
I just set them to "lowest" to squeeze as much frames as possible :D

It's also possible to set everything to Ultra @ 1366x768 and get slightly more than 30fps...

Keep in mind that the framerate you can see on the video is captured during the recording so it is lowered by a few frames. (about 5fps, maybe)
As we can see, the CPU utilization is quite good, all 4 cores are working quite heavily.

For those who love quality, i upscaled the video to 3840x2160 using nearest neighbor algorithm. This way YT is giving more bitrate and so the video looks better :)
Oh, as I said in the beginning, the video uploaded to youtube is RTV1 video captured by MSI Afterburner, It was then upscaled and compressed using Lagarith lossless codec. So this is the best RTV1 can look on YT.
