BioShock 2 Walkthrough Part 2: The Atlantic Express
1After leaving Adonis Luxury Resort, Delta enters a maintenance junction of Atlantic Express, long-defunct train line that was once the primary mode of public transportation within Rapture before being superseded by other modes of transport such as personal batyspheres with the junction's main station being the location chosen by Brigid Tenenbaum for her meeting with Delta. While making his way through derelict, Splicer-infested junction, Delta discovers the full extent of Sophia Lamb's control over Rapture and its security systems and remaining population as she confronts him via television screens within the junction, revealing her intention of killing him once again since she sees him as a threat to both herself and Eleanor before sending a group of Splicers to kill him. Managing to survive the ambush, Delta suffers a pyschic vision of Eleanor who reveals that she wants to help him as, despite having been restored from her Little Sister state a decade prior, she is still capable of maintaining a psychic link with other Little Sisters within Rapture, allowing her to essentially use them as extensions of herself. Despite the security measures left throughout the junction and numerous Splicers trying to stop him, Delta is eventually able to reach the junction's station where Tenenbaum finally meets him face-to-face and explains the situation to him; Rapture Family, led by Sophia Lamb, has started to kidnap girls from the surface areas surrounding Atlantic Ocean in order to restart Rapture's ADAM production by transforming the kidnapped girls into new generation of Little Sisters. Fully aware of the kidnappings and believing herself to be responsible due to her involvement in the creation of the original Little Sisters, Tenenbaum, who has left Rapture several years prior, has returned to the city in order to rescue them. Aware that recently awakened Delta will likely seek out Eleanor due to his status as Alpha Series Big Daddy meaning that he was bonded to a single Little Sister upon creation with the prolonged separation from her resulting in coma, Tenenbaum tells Delta that Eleanor is held prisoner within Fontaine Futuristics building and tells him that her associate, a former businessman and Rapture resident named Augustus Sinclair will help him on his way to Eleanor. However, as Tenenbaum tells all of this to Delta, Lamb suddenly broadcasts the message to all Splicers in Rapture, ordering them to kill Delta on sight. Aware that Delta will be actively hunted by Splicers now, Tenenbaum collects all Little Sisters she managed to rescue and leaves, asking Delta to hold off approaching Splicers. In the ensuing shootout within the station, Delta emerges victorious and manages to establish radio contact with Sinclair who takes over as Delta's guide through increasingly hostile Rapture, urging him to take a train to Ryan Amusements as a first step towards reaching Fontaine Futuristics...
