BioShock 2 Walkthrough Part 3: Ryan Amusements
1With the Atlantic Express line to Fontaine Futuristics activated, Delta proceeds towards Ryan Amusements train station, only to find the gateway leading further down the route frozen over. With their journey towards Fontaine Futuristics stalled, Sinclair tells Delta that he will have to make his way into Ryan Amusements in order to acquire Incinerate, a plasmid which will alter his body in a way that will allow him to shoot fire from his hands in order to melt the ice blocking the train's route. As Delta enters the district, he discovers that it used to be a sprawling theme park themed around Rapture's history whose centerpiece was an educational ride called "Journey To The Surface". Since acquiring Incinerate requires ADAM, Delta is guided by Sinclair in order to track down a Little Sister and "adopt" her from her current Big Daddy after killing him in combat so that she could harvest the necessary ADAM from multiple corpses strewn around the district. With the last corpse needed by Delta being located within Journey To The Surface, him and his adopted Little Sister make their way through Splicer-infested and severely disused ride whose primary objective was to indoctrinate Rapture's youth into believing that the surface world is a dangerous place where "parasites" would take away their families' livelihoods and send them off to die in an needless war, essentially serving to introduce Andrew Ryan's vision of the world to Rapturean children and youth and dissuade them from ever attempting to leave the city. After eventually locating the last corpse and draining it of its ADAM, Delta brings his adopted Little Sister to the ventilation shaft used as a citywide transportation grid by all Little Sisters where Sinclair tells him that he will have to decide wheter he will spare the girl and restore her humanity for an ammount of ADAM that will be just enough to cover the price of Incinerate plasmid or kill her in order to acquire all of her ADAM and make himself stronger. Despite Sinclair being openly in favor of the latter option, seeing Delta's survival as paramount for his own escape from Rapture, Delta opts to spare and rescue the Little Sister. With enough ADAM for new plasmid secured, Delta makes his way to the central part of Ryan Amusements and enters Hall Of The Future, an area of the district that was used to showcase new plasmids to the public, in order to find Incinerate. However, as he does and injects himself with it, Delta is contacted by Sophia Lamb who, increasingly angry at his persistent survival and the fact that he cured one of the Little Sisters created by her cult, sends a Big Sister after him. Upon leaving Hall Of The Future, Lamb's threat comes true as Delta finds himself locked in within Ryan Amusements' central plaza and forced to engage in an violent fight with a Big Sister who has tracked him down. After a brief duel, Delta emerges victorious, having managed to kill his would-be assailant. With the Incinerate plasmid secured, Delta returns to Ryan Amusements' train station and finally meets Sinclair himself as he joins him aboard the train. However, as Sinclair enters the train and Delta melts the ice around the gateway to the next station on the train's route, two are set upon by a group of Splicers sent in by Lamb in an attempt to stop them from departing. Despite this interference, Delta is able to kill all of the attackers and join Sinclair as they continue their journey towards Fontaine Futuristics together...
